Healthcare Service Delivery in Bhutan

The Livestock Bill of Bhutan, 2025 aims to promote sustainable livestock development, ensure animal health and welfare, and strengthen biosecurity measures across the country. It provides a comprehensive legal framework to regulate livestock production, breeding, trade, and movement while safeguarding public health and the environment. The Bill also emphasizes the empowerment of livestock farmers, the promotion of local breeds, and the enhancement of veterinary and extension services in line with Bhutan’s commitment to food security and One Health principles

The Social and Cultural Affairs Committee has been tasked with reviewing the issue of Youth and Substance Abuse in the country. As part of research, the committee invites volunteers to complete this survey questionnaire. Your responses will be invaluable as the committee examines this issue in detail during the upcoming 35th National Council summer session and formulates recommendations to the Government.
